2. Products and Prices

2.1 Pricing

Product prices on Cromatria are listed in euros (€) and do not include shipping costs, which will be calculated and displayed before order confirmation. In accordance with current tax regulations, products are sold under the Italian flat-rate tax regime and are therefore VAT exempt (Art. 1, paragraphs 54-89, Law No. 190/2014 and subsequent amendments).

2.2 Product Specifications

Before purchasing, customers can consult the product page to view essential specifications (dimensions, materials, print type, price). Images are for illustrative purposes and may not exactly represent the final product. Cromatria reserves the right to modify the product range based on availability and production.

3. Shipping Times and Costs

3.1 Order Processing

Each creation is made to order. Upon receipt of the order, the artwork is printed, framed and carefully prepared. Processing time is 5-10 business days (subject to variation based on the number of requests and laboratory printing times).

3.2 Delivery Times

Once completed, the order will be dispatched via courier with the following estimated delivery times:

• Italy: 24-48 hours
• Europe: 5-7 business days

3.3 Shipping Costs

• Italy: €7.50 (free for orders over €150)
• Europe: €25.00

Customers will receive an email with a tracking number to follow their shipment. In case of absence at delivery, the courier will make another attempt within 48 hours.

4. Payment Methods

Payments can be made securely via:

• Credit Card
• PayPal
• Bank Transfer (shipment will be processed after payment verification)

5. Right of Withdrawal

Customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 10 days of receiving their order, without obligation to provide a reason. Refunds will be issued via the original payment method, excluding shipping costs, which remain at the customer's expense.

6. Privacy and Data Protection

Data collected is processed in accordance with current privacy regulations. Customers have the right to access, rectify and delete their data by writing to info@cromatria.it.

7. Copyright and Intellectual Property

All content on Cromatria (images, texts, graphics, illustrations) is protected by copyright and may not be used for commercial purposes without authorisation.

All female silhouettes featured on this site, along with their variations, are officially registered with the Italian Patent and Trademark Office of the Ministry of Enterprises and Made in Italy, ensuring their uniqueness and originality.

8. Dispute Resolution

In the event of disputes, we are committed to finding an amicable solution. Should this not be possible, jurisdiction shall be attributed to the court of the customer's domicile, in accordance with applicable law.
